We offer services in Sussex, Surrey and South London, including Crawley, Brighton, Worthing, Hassocks, Horsham, East Grinstead, Eastbourne, Burgess Hill, Seaford, Lewes, Purley and Haywards Heath. and surrounding areas. Website prices reflect a 20 mile radius surrounding Haywards Heath. However, we do often take bookings outside this area – please contact us for an individual quote.
This is completely down to the customer preference. We have a range of customers, some we visit weekly, others annually. Hot tubs are highly recommended to be drained every 3 months. It is important for you to have a full service a minimum of once per year, however, it is convenient with many customers to have every 3 months to ensure the hot tub is being looked after properly and prolonging the life of the equipment inside as best as possible. Services are a way to increase knowledge in improving ways to maintain your hot tub and to be able to ask questions. We are here to ensure the hot tubs last as long as possible and more importantly, that they are in a safe condition when being used.
We see this question asked a lot. It may seem unnecessary for a service to be completed when everything seems to be running as it should. However, we have had numerous examples where we have caught problems in the earlier stages before they have become major (and costly) issues. Pumps beginning to leak or seals broken down by the chemicals, we have been able to fix without them causing further issues.
